o Entrepreneurship: Recognize the dignity of work, compete in the free market economy, and produce qualified and well-educated people to reduce unemployment and poverty in the region.
Mission
o Based on the region's technical and vocational education and training strategies and plans, organize the college with manpower and materials and provide training based on demand and market research.
Values
o Provide outstanding quality training in formal, informal and informal training fields and create a qualified and competent trainee to enable the regional TVET office and our country's transformation plan to be realized in quantity and quality.
